About repairs
VALEUR offers a 12-month warranty on watches purchased from our store.
We will carry out repairs free of charge in accordance with the following warranty provisions stated in the sales certificate and warranty card. 
If you would like to have your product repaired, please contact VALEUR Omotesando store.
For customers outside the warranty period, we offer repair services for a fee.
