If a customer or their agent requests cancellation of GEO Membership Services, we will suspend use of all GEO Membership Services that the customer is currently using.
*Personal information of customers who have cancelled their membership to the GEO Membership Service only will continue to be used in accordance with the items and purposes of use stipulated in the Ponta Membership Terms and Conditions.
*We do not issue any written documents to prove your withdrawal.

*You cannot cancel only the common points program.
*For customers who have withdrawn from the GEO Membership Service and the Shared Point Program, we will delete the name, telephone number, and address of the personal information we hold so that the individual cannot be identified. However, other items (such as usage history) will not be deleted.
